Firm Profile

The firm was founded in 2006. Prior to that, Attorney Jeff Appel was a founding partner of another defense firm and began his career with Holland & Knight. Currently, the firm operates with four attorneys with a goal of adding one or two more carefully selected associates. The firm's goal is to remain personal yet offer professional product, which mandates that the firm not grow out of control despite the growing need for legal services in the firm's practice areas.

The firm's offices are located in Lakeland Florida, representing clients throughout every jurisdiction in the state. We concentrate our practice on trial work in worker's compensations, family law, civil litigation and criminal law. We also handle appellate work in each practice area and maintain an active role in the continuing education needs of our clients.
